When you create an account or place a reservation, we collect: your name, email address, phone number, and delivery address (if applicable). We also collect transaction data relating to your orders.

Your data is used solely to process your orders, communicate about reservations, send order status updates, and provide customer support. We do not use your data for advertising or analytics beyond our own internal sales records.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except as required to process your payment (PayNow, Ecocash) or as required by Zimbabwean law. Payment processing is handled by the respective payment provider under their own privacy policies.
4. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted cloud database provider. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as required for legal and financial records.
5. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe. Note that deletion may affect our ability to service any active orders.
6. Cookies
We use only essential cookies required for authentication (keeping you logged in). We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics.
7. WhatsApp Communications
When you contact us or share your phone number, you may receive order-related messages via WhatsApp. These are limited to your reservation and order status. We do not add customers to broadcast lists without consent.
