1. General
These Terms of Service govern all purchases and reservations made through 999 ElectrOnics ("we", "us", "our"), whether online at this website or in-store at our Harare CBD location. By placing a reservation or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.
2. Product Listings & Accuracy
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, condition grades, prices, and stock availability are accurate at the time of listing. However, errors may occur. If a listed price or detail is found to be incorrect, we will contact you before processing your order and you will have the option to proceed at the correct terms or cancel.
3. Reservations & Deposits
A reservation is confirmed once a 30% deposit has been received and verified by our team. Your device will be held for up to 7 calendar days from the date of deposit confirmation. If the remaining balance is not paid within this period and no extension has been agreed, the reservation may be cancelled. Deposit refund eligibility is assessed case-by-case — please contact us.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice prior to reservation confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed with a deposit, your price is locked in for the hold period.
5. Payment
We accept PayNow for online deposits, and USD cash, Ecocash, ZIPIT, and bank transfer in-store. Payment must be completed using the customer's own verified account or cash. We reserve the right to refuse payment from third-party payers without prior arrangement.
6. Condition & Grading
Devices are graded according to our published Condition Guide (available at /grades). Our grade descriptions represent our honest assessment of the device at the time of listing. Minor variations in cosmetic appearance that fall within the described grade are not grounds for return. For Preloved devices, the specific condition is described on each individual product listing.
7. Warranty
New and Non-Active devices carry the manufacturer's limited warranty for the remaining warranty period. Grade A and Grade B devices may have partial warranty remaining. Preloved devices are sold without warranty. Warranty coverage depends on the device's country of origin and Apple's policies at the time of claim.
8. Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns for change of mind. If a device is delivered or collected with an undisclosed pre-existing fault, you must report it within 24 hours of receipt. We will assess the claim and offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion. Faults caused by the customer after collection are not covered.
9. Delivery
Delivery is available within Harare at an agreed fee. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handover to the delivery agent. We are not liable for loss or damage during transit once the device has been handed to the agreed delivery party.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the device. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of a device.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The current version is always published at this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
